HOA Registraion

We're all part of the PWM HOA, but to participate you'll also have to ensure you're enrolled on the TownSquare app. From there you can pay dues, see important notices, and engage with our board, through official means.

Using Townsquare

This page is intended to help our current and new residents get access to official HOA resources. The HOA has a community manager and management team with Goodwin & Company and all official documents, communication, notices and business are conducted through the TownSquare platform.

This page has been setup to provide an easy to access resource for all community members and acts only as a supplemental, non-official channel of communications and information.

 

To access all HOA documents, put in an architecture committee request, and to connect and see information and announcements, you will need to register via the TownSquare app, found on both the IOS and Android marketplaces.
