Your HOA dollars at work

With 6 Sub HOA’s and 196 homeowners in the Prestonwood Master representing 660 homeowners, we focus on providing only the bare essentials that our community needs in support and upkeep.

 

Our dues are currently set at $121.20 annually. Due to our size, a portion of our expenses go torwards a management company that collects, orchestrates, and helps manage our finances and expenses in accordance to our bylaws. That alone represents a significant expense. But what else does it cover? The following are approximations of what your dues pay for to manage and maintain to keep the neighborhoods looking their best.

Where do our dollars go?

3590 feet of brick wall along Frankford Rd.

8390 feet of underground sprinkler systems for common areas to maintain.

03.

9382 sq ft of area requiring constant Landscaping, water, and electrical to maintain

04.

139 Crepe Myrtle, Hollys, 12 large Oak trees, and 50 ft of hedging to maintain.
