With 6 Sub HOA’s and 196 homeowners in the Prestonwood Master representing 660 homeowners, we focus on providing only the bare essentials that our community needs in support and upkeep.

 

Our dues are currently set at $121.20 annually. Due to our size, a portion of our expenses go torwards a management company that collects, orchestrates, and helps manage our finances and expenses in accordance to our bylaws. That alone represents a significant expense. But what else does it cover?
