The purpose of this committee is to verify and nominate potential candidates for open or future director positions on the board.

Purpose of the ACC is to work with Homeowners to ensure compliance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the HOA. The ACC may also make recommendations on amendments to the DCCR’s to the Board for consideration. NOTE TO HOME OWNERS - Before making any Architectural Changes to your property please get ACC approval to avoid potential costly issues. This includes structural, exterior, fencing, solar, circular drives,and others. Each Sub Association also has their own restrictions that are approved by their ACC. ACC Requests may be found on the Town Square App.

The purpose of the finance committee is to assist the Treasurer and Board in reviewing and managing finances of the Master HOA.

Purpose of the Election Process Review Committee is to make recommendations to the Board on a Director election process which provides Homeowners a vote on their representation. Goal would be to have any recommendations approved by Homeowners prior to the Annual Meeting.

Purpose of the Landscape Committee is to review and make recommendations regarding the landscaping, irrigation, and structures in the common areas of the Master HOA
